To ensure your arrival and departure run smoothly, we have summarized the most important times and information for you. Please note that a late check-in after 7:00 PM is only possible with prior notice – this way, we can ensure everything is prepared for your arrival.

Reservation - How to Secure Your Stay

Reservation.

A binding reservation with us is simple and transparent. To confirm your stay, please observe the following steps and conditions:

Reservation Process:

  • Booking exclusively via our website or by email using the “BOOK NOW” button
  • A deposit of 30% of the total price within 3 days of booking to the following account:

  • The reservation is only finally confirmed upon receipt of the down payment
  • By booking, you accept the booking and cancellation conditions.

Important Notes:

  • Exceptions apply to online bookings with their own, separately stated booking conditions
  • Transfers from non-EU countries must be free of charge for the beneficiary.

Payment – Flexible and Uncomplicated

Payment.

Several convenient payment options are available for settling your hotel bill. Simply choose the option that is most convenient for you.

Your Payment Options:

  • Credit Card: VISA and MasterCard
  • Debit Card: Countries AT, D, NL or V-Pay
  • Cash payment on site
  • Bank Transfer: no later than 4 working days before arrival

Cancellation Conditions – Clear Regulations for Your Planning Security

Cancellation Terms.

We know that travel plans can sometimes change. That’s why we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be transparent and easy to understand – allowing you to plan securely from the start and stay informed even with last-minute changes.

Cancellation Periods and Fees:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: €50.00 processing fee per apartment or room
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • Within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

Further Notes:

  • In case of late arrival or early departure, the confirmed booking period will be charged in full.
  • The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG does not apply – the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.

For offers such as Last Minute or Non-Refundable Rates, special cancellation conditions apply, which are specified during booking.

Summer Booking.

For the travel period from July 5, 2025 to September 7, 2025, we offer particularly flexible booking and cancellation conditions. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact details. Plan your summer holiday at Alpenrose stress-free and risk-free.

Your Advantages during this Period:

  • No down payment required
  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

Cancellation periods and fees outside the 14-day period:

  • Up to 3 months before arrival: €50.00 processing fee per room or apartment
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total travel price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total travel price
  • In the last week before arrival: 100% of the total travel price
