GENERAL BOOKING AND CANCELLATION TERMS FOR ALPENROSE APARTMENTS
Day of arrival: from 4:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 8.00 p.m., please let us know in good time.
Day of departure: by 10:00 a.m.
Reservation: a binding reservation is only accepted via our form and is fixed upon bank transfer of EUR 350.- for each apartment and week, to „Sparkasse Obertauern“, account no. 08807100266, bank code: 20404, IBAN: AT082040408807100266, BIC: SBGSAT2S (please quote for transfers from EU areas).
Deposit forfeited when cancellations are made up to three months prior to arrival; cancellation terms listed in the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply. Upon late arrival or early departure, the charge for the rental week is to be paid in full. Cancellation terms in the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
